About me
I am Sari Mario Sabella — a fourth-degree black belt in Shorin Ryu Shorinkan karate, a men and boys coach, and the creator of the Sabella Method.
For many years, I lived in the world of action — both on and off screen. I worked as a stunt performer and action actor in projects such as Monster, The Terminal List, How to Get Away with Murder (stunt double), Lucifer (co-star), and SEAL Team, appearing across major networks including Netflix, ABC, and CBS. I’ve also performed motion capture for video game franchises like BioShock Infinite, Mafia III, and the XCOM series.
But long before Hollywood, there was Amman, Jordan.
I grew up witnessing light and darkness every day. Karate became my anchor. It gave me discipline, structure, and a way to stand up for myself. It kept me centered. It helped me face my inner demons instead of running from them. For 25 years, my answer to life was my fists. Fighting was my language.
Until I realized I had to let that go.
True strength wasn’t about striking — it was about integration. About honoring both the dark and the light within me. That realization changed everything.
I moved from country to country and never had one dojo to call home. So I trained wherever I could. Garages. Parks. Empty spaces. And then it hit me
The world is my dojo.
My body is my temple.
That philosophy became the foundation of the Sabella Method — a transformational practice that helps men and boys step into their power through coaching, movement, and emotional integration. My mission is to help alchemize darkness into light — not by rejecting either, but by honoring both as essential to our growth and evolution.
You don’t need much.
Just a yoga mat.
And the willingness to show up.
